Agriculture Portrait of Kediri Regency (ST2013 Subsector Results)

ST2013 results indicate that agricultural businesses in Kediri Regency is dominated by household type of business. This is reflected in the large number of farming households when compared with agricultural companies incorporated or other agricultural enterprises, which in addition to household and agricultural companies incorporated. The number of farming households in Kediri ST2013 result, there were 198 711 households, a decrease of 26.86 percent from the Census of Agriculture, 2003 (ST2003) were recorded for 271 688 households. While the number of agricultural enterprises incorporated ST2013 result, there were 16 companies and other agricultural businesses as much as 15 units.

Based on the results of ST2013, District Wates recorded as the number of farming households most, as many as 12 638 households. While the District of Plosoklaten and Pare District of the number of agricultural companies incorporated most Pare District and Sub-District was recorded as the highest number of agricultural businesses. Decrease in the number of farming households was greatest in Grogol, with a decrease in the number of farming households by 44.77 percent.
