Focus Group Discussion - Public Service Standards 2019

BPS-Statistics of Kediri Regency BPS held a Focus Group Discussion Discussion 2019 Public Service Standards in the BPS-Statistics of Kediri Regency Meeting Room, Thursday (28/2). The event was attended by 12 invitations consisting of 6 Regional Government Offices of Kediri Regency / Office / Vertical Agency, 4 Representatives of Higher Education and 2 Mass Media.
Public Service Standards is a system that is applied to public services of an agency with the hope of achieving excellent service in public services. Improving services continues to be a public demand for the achievement of the noble ideals of the Indonesian people towards a just and prosperous society based on the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila.
It is hoped that through the 2019 Public Service Standards Focus Group Discussion an understanding of service users related to public services is carried out by BPS, especially the BPS-Statistics of Kediri Regency and an agreement is reached on the application of public service standards managed by the BPS-Statistics of Kediri Regency and the types of services that will be received by public service users.
