The development of the Consumer Price Index / Jawa Timur Inflation - September 2019

In September 2019 East Java experienced a deflation of 0.07 percent. The whole city is experiencing deflation. The highest deflation was in Jember which reached 0.29 percent, while the lowest deflation was in Surabaya at 0.02 percent. Of the seven expenditure groups, five groups experienced inflation and two groups experienced deflation. The group experiencing the highest inflation was the Clothing group of 0.68 percent, while the group experiencing the highest deflation was the Foodstuffs group of 1.11 percent.
