Abstract

The Hotel Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) in Kediri Regency in March 2025 reached 34.40 percent. The value decreased by 10.21 points when compared to the TPK in February 2025 which reached 44.61 (month-to-month) and decreased by 7.64 points when compared to the TPK in March 2024 which reached 42.04 percent (year-to-year.
The Hotel Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) in Kediri Regency is 9.01 points higher than the East Java Hotel TPK which reached 25.39 percent, and 6.88 points higher than the Indonesian Hotel TPK which reached 27.52 percent.
The Average Guest Length of Stay (RLMT) in Kediri Regency during March 2025 was recorded at 1.23 days, this value increased by 0.08 points when compared to February 2025 which reached 1.15 days.
The Average Guest Length of Stay (RLMT) in Kediri Regency is 0.16 points lower than the East Java RLMT which reached 1.39 days, and 0.32 points lower compared to Indonesia's RLMT which reached 1.55 days.
