Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the BPS to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve BPS data quality and public services. Respondents in SKD 2021 are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistics Service (PST) unit from June 1 – August 31, 2021. In general, the purpose of implementing SKD 2021 is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers as a supporter of improving the quality of statistical data and information. The SKD results are presented in the form of a publication containing descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of service unit performance, analysis of anti-corruption behavior, analysis of data needs, and analysis of consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI), the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK), and the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the service and quality of BPS data. The scope of analysis SKD 2021 is PST in BPS-Statistics of Kediri Regency. SKD results show that Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at PST BPS-Statistics of Kediri Regency is 93,36.
