Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. Respondents to SKD 2022 are consumers who received services from the BPS Integrated Statistics Service (PST) unit from 1 June to 31 August 2022. In general, the aim of implementing SKD 2022 is to obtain evaluation material from consumers as a support for improving the quality of data and statistical information. SKD 2022 results are presented in the form of a publication containing descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data requirements, and consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK), and the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the service and quality of BPS data. The scope of analysis of the 2022 SKD results for Kediri Regency is the PST BPS for Kediri Regency.
